Position Overview
Alluvial’s Sales Lead is the principal point of contact for prospective Integrators, including major digital asset custodians, exchanges, fintechs, and other financial organizations looking to integrate the Liquid Collective protocol. The Sales Lead is responsible for identifying new market opportunities and strategies, educating prospective integrators and building channel sales strategies with current integrators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the the first touchpoint and ongoing relationship manager for key Integrators
- Build relationships with senior leadership at established Web3 and FinTech companies
- Focus sales efforts and define strategies based on developments and market landscape
- Develop channel sales strategy helping train and collaborate with Integrator's internal sales teams to help them meet their sales objectives
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, features, and products
- Work with the product team to identify and prioritize customer feedback, competitive insights, and inform the product roadmap
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, attending conferences and establishing personal networks
- Be nimble, versatile, and help where needed to drive adoption of the Liquid Collective protocol
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in client-facing sales or business development roles
- Ability to act independently and proactively in an effort to source, progress, and close new business
- Experience and demonstrated success working cross-functionally across business, product, engineering, and customer experience teams
- An extremely high attention to detail and the ability to remain organized across simultaneous active projects
- A self-starter who thrives in a small team environment and is capable of wearing multiple hats
Nice to haves
- Experience in selling B2B SaaS products and/or channel sales
- Experience in managing and growing Sales teams
- Working knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry
