Yanni Turner is the Head of People at Alluvial, overseeing HR and recruitment. Before Alluvial, she spent 3.5 years at Chainalysis, where she was a founding member of the Talent organization. There, she contributed to the company's growth from Series B to Series F by leading and executing on hiring initiatives that scaled the team from 150-900+ employees. Yanni also worked on HR initiatives which supported a fully remote, internationally dispersed team.
